Super awesome workout app!
There is this app called PumpUp and it’s a free workout app. I love it because it designs workouts of any length around whatever equipment you have (or even if you have none) and what you want to work on. Want to get healthy? Thats a setting. Want to build muscle? Got it. Want to just get toned? On point. You can even specify if you want to work upper, lower, core, or full body. The app has a set up similar to facebook which allows for progress pics and the entire community is SUPER supportive! It provides videos and explanations of each exercise and tracks your progress. I love it!
